Please join us on Wednesday, July 27th at 6:30 p.m. for a spectacular dinner prepared by Chef Geoff. Lauren McKim from Triple C Distributing will be hosting the four course dinner. Each course will be paired with a different varietal from Alexander Valley Vineyards in Sonoma County.
Course 1: Gewurztraminer paired with crab salad, radish and micro lettuce
Course 2: Chardonnay paired with seared scallops, peaches, country ham and parsley
Course 3: Pinot Noir paired with a roasted chicken thigh, charred onions and mushroom risotto
Course 4: Zinfandel paired with pork ragout, cavatappi, fennel, tomato and country olives
Dessert: Creme Brulee with fresh fruit
