How do I know I’m getting the best deal?

At any time, we have numerous construction projects ongoing, such as marina, resort, and home building clients. All these ongoing projects require massive labor and material purchases. These large purchases ensure that we receive bulk price discounts which we pass down to our clients. Buyer beware of the lowest-priced presentation! Builders are notorious for offering low upfront bids to entice clients into signing contracts. Builders then submit unnecessary “change orders” after the project has begun. These change orders are designed to increase the price. Many times, the best builder won’t be the lowest initial price.

Will my house have a better warranty than my mattress?
