Tennessee National's Homesites

Waterview | Waterfront
The larger homesite Waterfront and Waterview homes offer a perfect location for those who want the serenity and majesty of the Tennessee River at their back door. Because of the layout of the streets in Waterside, virtually all of the homesites here boast dramatic vistas of the lake and the soaring wooded ridgelines just beyond. You can fish or canoe from your Waterfront home and the vista changes in light and color during the course of each day and with the seasons.

Valley View
These elevated homesites give the homes here dramatic valley and golf course views and the option of two story living with large decks on the main level and generous patios on the lower level. Some Valley View homes are on wooded streets and others are on more open hillsides. Homes can be built on one level or with walk out lower levels with large patios.

Golf View
The Golf View homes and homesites provide a picturesque panorama of the Greg Norman Signature golf course from your master, patio and family room. Water features, old silos, wooded areas and natural grasses compliment the manicured playing area of the course. Many golf view homes have direct access to the course and the cart paths others have a broader elevated view of the course and the community.

Ridge Retreat
Sitting in a first growth forest, Ridge Retreat offers a totally different living experience and views. Old Dogwood Trail ascends a ridgeline, and the elevated homesites offer dramatic two and three story living with large decks and generous patios overlooking your backyard and the sloping forest beyond. Ridge Retreat ties directly into miles of wooded trails, but is only a golf cart ride to open expanses of the Tennessee National and Watts Bar Lake.
