What are the rules?

a. No outside food or beverages. We will have multiple food trucks and drink stations.
b.     No weapons of any kind
c.     No pets
d.     All bags will be checked at the gates
e.     Blankets and chairs are allowed as long as they are placed in the general admission section

Do I need to buy premium tickets in order to sit in the premium section or can I place my own chair in that section?

Yes, you will need to purchase a premium ticket in order to sit in the premium section. You cannot replace the provided chair with your own chair due to spacing issues.

What happens if it rains?

The show is rain or shine.  We have a severe weather policy in place and we will send out an email and facebook post, if needed. Once onsite we will make announcements to radio station 87.9 FM.

Where should I park?

Parrot Head Tailgate Parking ($25): Arrive early, tailgate with fellow fans, and enjoy food trucks right next to the amphitheater (opens at 10 AM). Must reserve you pass beforehand -

General Parking (Free):
Across from Tennessee National Resort. This parking lot opens at 4 PM and offers a convenient drop-off zone less than 200 feet from the entrance. Our non-stop shuttle service starts running at 5:30 PM and will take you directly to the amphitheater entrance. 

Handicap Parking: Located close to the amphitheater for easy access. Vehicles with handicap placards only.

Golf Cart Parking (Members Only): Tennessee National members must register beforehand to park their golf carts at the rear of the amphitheater.

Does the venue cater to those with disabilities?

Yes, we will have golf shuttles to assist individuals to and from their vehicles. We also have accessible portable toilets on site for use.
