What is the minimum age requirement for renting a Stay and Play Unit?
To reserve this home, the minimum age requirement is 25 years. The occupancy of the home is determined by the number of guests over the age of 12.
Is there a minimum duration for renting the unit?
On weekends, there is a minimum requirement of 2 nights. Most holiday weekends will likely have a minimum of 3 nights. The rates for Stay & Play Units vary with the seasons.
What are the check-in and check-out times for the unit?
The standard check-in time is 4pm, and check-out time is 10am. Please note that early check-ins cannot be guaranteed.
How many people can the unit accommodate?
The maximum occupancy for each unit is 16 guests. However, it's worth mentioning that these units are spacious and designed to comfortably accommodate at least 8 guests. Each unit features four bathrooms, four bedrooms, and two queen-size beds per room.
Does the unit have a full kitchen?
The kitchen in each unit is equipped with a small refrigerator, sink, coffee machine, and ice maker. However, there is no facility for cooking meals, and the pantry is not stocked. These units do not include washers and dryers. They offer a similar experience to a hotel room.
What amenities are included in the stay?
Each unit provides complimentary Wi-Fi. Additionally, guests have access to Silos Bar & Grill, Sunset Saloon, and the Top Tracer Golf Simulator. Golf & Boating Packages are available at varying prices.
What is the cost of staying in a unit?
During the average 'peak season,' rates are expected to be around $680 from Sunday night to Thursday night, and approximately $850 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (with higher rates during holiday weekends). A cleaning fee of $300 per stay applies. Please note that taxes are not included in the pricing.
